RBNZ Governor Breman says inflation may have already peaked

Reserve Bank of NZ Gov Breman:

• Inflation may have already peaked
• Seeing economy rebounding now as oil prices fall
• Gradually moving rates toward neutral
• Neutral rate is uncertain, range is 2.5% to 3.5%
• Feeling our way on policy to find where neutral is
